Humakot din ng iba pang awards ang record-holder ng highest grossing Filipino film na umabot sa PHP1.6 billion ang sold tickets.

Sa tagumpay ng Hello, Love, Goodbye at Hello, Love, Again, tinanong ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Direk Cathy Garcia kung may tsansa pang magkaroon ng third installment ang blockbuster movie na tinuring na highest grossing film of all time.
“Of course, the chance is always there, it’s just a matter of time,” sagot ni Direk Cathy.
“If time permits, pag ka may kuwentong maganda, why not? Di ko alam, ayokong magsalita ng tapos.
“Nothing is final, but we can hope, we can only hope. Kung may kuwento pa, why not?”
DIREK CATHY ON KATHNIEL
Si Direk Cathy din ang director ng blockbuster movies ng tambalan ng former reel-and-real-life sweethearts na sina Daniel Padilla at Kathryn, o kilala sa uniname na KathNiel.
Partikular na dito ang The Hows of Us (2018) at She’s Dating A Gangster (2014). Si Direk Cathy din ang director ng Got To Believe, ang prime-time series ng KathNiel na umere mula August 2013-March 2014.
May tsansa kayang magtambal muli ang ex-couple?
“KathNiel will always be Kathniel,” saad ni Direk Cathy.
Sabi pa niya: “They may be paired with others, pero marami pa rin ang may gusto sa kanila.
Napapanood ngayon si Daniel sa Incognito, ang papatapos na action-drama series ng ABS-CBN Studios at Netflix Philippines.
Si Kathryn naman ay kakatapos maging hurado sa Pilipinas Got Talent.

“I’m always happy for both of them.
“Malalaki na sila, and I like them to experience the life that they wanted.
“Lahat naman desisyon nila, so I’m happy that they do it their way.”

“Bongga, ang galing niya talaga. Matagal na pangarap niya yan, and I’m happy na finally nagkaroon siya ng action project, yeah.”

“It’s just a matter of may tama bang kuwento for them. Lagi namang ganun, e. Kung may bagay para sa kanila, bakit hindi? Gawin natin.”

Sa ngayon, excited si Direk Cathy sa proyektong gagawin kasama si Maricel Soriano at iba pang sikat na Kapamilya stars.
Pagbabalita niya: “I have an upcoming movie with Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, JK Labajo, Belle Mariano, and Diamond Star Maricel Soriano.
“I’m excited, super excited. First time naming mag-work together. Si Joshua pa lang nakatrabaho ko sa kanila and si Belle.
“The others first time [ko] to do a movie with them. Pa-star na [ang filming], yes, labas this year.”
Aminado rin ang direktor na nakakaramdam siya ng pressure sa pelikulang ito.
“Sinabi ko na nga kay Maricel, ‘Ms. Maria, alam mo ba natatakot akong makatrabaho ka? Kasi Diamond Star ka na, e.
“Ang bait-bait ni Ms. Maria na sabi niya, ‘Direk walang ganun, walang ganun. You can always tell me kung ano ang gusto nyong mangyari, kung ano ang gusto nyong gawin.’”
Sa huli, nagpahayag ng pasasalamat si Direk Cathy sa karangalang pinagkaloob sa kanya ng Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
“Super thankful, super blessed. Gusto kong iballik sa lahat yung saya na mayroon kami.
